Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé
Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé is made of 100% Pinot Noir from 10 different crus situated mainly in Montagne de Reims. This Champagne gets its glorious pink color and rounded red fruit flavors from a process known as “saigneé,” in which the skins of the grapes are left in contact with the juice for three days.

Lapin Rouillé Champagne
Lapin Rouillé Champagne is one of the first female black-owned Champagne brands in Europe. Sourced from a small single estate producer near Reims, the wine is made from 100% Pinot Meunier grapes – a variety known for its delicate, dry, and floral flavors.
The release is the brainchild of Nichole Johnson, Rusty Rabbit founder, and CEO. As well as her new status in the Champagne world, Ms. Johnson is also the world’s only female black owner of a liquor importer, exporter, and distributor.

For one, I’ve been obsessing with Meunier dominant champagnes for a while now and this baby is 100% Pinot Meunier.
